Using Habilis
Habilis does not require an account or sign-in. When contacting us, please include your app version, iOS version, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. Screenshots are helpful, but never send your password, Apple Account credentials, or full payment-card information.
Restore Premium
Open Habilis → Settings → Restore Purchases while connected to the internet. Use the same Apple Account that originally purchased Premium. Habilis Premium is a one-time, non-consumable purchase—not a subscription.
Purchase or billing problems
Apple processes all payments. For charges, receipts, or refund requests, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple shows the purchase as completed but Premium remains locked, try Restore Purchases and contact us if the problem continues.
Backups and moving to another iPhone
- Export: Open Settings → Export as JSON. JSON export requires Premium. You choose where the file is saved through the iOS share sheet.
- Import: Open Settings → Import from backup and select a Habilis JSON file. Imported habits and completion records are merged with existing data.
Keep exported files somewhere safe. Habilis does not keep a cloud copy and cannot recover a lost backup.
Reminders
Enable the daily reminder inside Habilis. If it does not appear, open iOS Settings → Notifications → Habilis and confirm that notifications are allowed. Reminders are scheduled locally on your device; they do not require an account or remote push-notification server.
Delete local data
You can delete individual habits from inside the app. Removing Habilis normally removes its active local data from that device. Exported JSON files and copies in device or cloud backups must be deleted separately. App Store purchase records are not removed when the app is deleted.
For details about information handling, read the Habilis Privacy Policy.
